Onncom.com Flexible Delivery Methods

Onncom.com offers flexible delivery options, allowing customers to choose between picking up their orders at Onncom’s office or receiving them at home via a courier service.

When the customer’s order arrives at Onncom.com’s Vietnam warehouse, they will receive a phone call or email from Onncom.com’s customer service team notifying them that their order is ready for collection or delivery. Customers can then choose one of the following options:

1. Pick-up at Onncom.com’s Office

Customers can directly visit the Onncom.com office in Ho Chi Minh City to pick up their orders:

Address: 314/1A Dien Bien Phu, Ward 11, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours:

• Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays

2. Home Delivery Service

For Ho Chi Minh City:

If customers in Ho Chi Minh City cannot pick up their order in person, a delivery staff member will call in advance to confirm the delivery time and shipping fee based on the provided address.

• Packages within Ho Chi Minh City will be delivered within 24 working hours.

For Other Provinces & Cities:

• Delivery time: Within 3 working days.

Important Notes:

• The delivery staff only delivers to home addresses or office locations.
• Delivery personnel cannot deliver to upper floors of buildings or locations requiring special entry permits.
• Customers are kindly asked to cooperate with Onncom.com and the delivery team regarding these regulations.

3. Recipient Information & Delivery Attempt Policy

Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient details, including:

• Full name
• House number, alley/block, street
• Ward/commune, district/county, city/province
• Contact phone number

For Assisted Purchases (Buy-for-Me Service):

• If the recipient and buyer are unreachable, Onncom.com will attempt a maximum of 2 delivery attempts.
• If delivery fails, the package will automatically be returned to Onncom.com’s warehouse.
• If the buyer/recipient does not contact Onncom.com within 10 days, a storage fee will be applied.
• The package will be stored at Onncom.com’s warehouse for an additional 20 days.
• After 30 days in total, the order will be considered Onncom.com’s property, and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
