Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Making hair soft to the touch, restoring elasticity to the hair, it helps prevent hair damage by reducing protein loss in hair strands, which helps eliminate hair breakage and split ends. This conditioner helps fight frizz and melts away knots and tangles, making hair easy to detangle and more manageable.

OKAY Coconut Deep Moisturizing Shampoo gently cleanses without stripping the hair and the scalp dry of its essential oils. Coconut oil has nutrients and fatty acids, which actually penetrate the hair shaft and bonds to the proteins already in the hair, making hair stronger, more resilient and preventing breakage and split ends. Coconut oil shampoo is moisturizing and nourishing to the scalp, helping to reduce scalp irritation, dry scalp and dandruff. This shampoo leaves hair soft, lightweight, shiny and manageable.

How To Use

Conditioner:Apply conditioner to wet hair. Massage in and let it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Use up to 5 times weekly for best results. For maximum benefits, use with the complete line of OKAY Coconut Oil hair care products. For severely dry hair, use OKAY 100% Pure Coconut Oil twice weekly as an intensive treatment

Shampoo:Wet hair thoroughly. Apply shampoo and massage into hair and scalp. Rinse with warm water. Always follow up with OKAY Deep Moisturizing Coconut Conditioner. For maximum benefits, use with the complete line of OKAY Coconut Oil hair care products.
