Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

One application will last until your next shampoo, plus it’s ammonia-free, peroxide-free, and contains no synthetic dyes. Magic Root Cover Up is available in a palette of eight shades which can be used on black hair, brown hair, blonde hair and even red hair. Packaging may vary. A: We suggest you shampoo your hair first and wait 24 hours to color your hair

Q: How long does the color last on the hair before I need to reapply?

A: Our Magic Root Cover Up conceals grays in seconds for flawless roots. Perfect for in between color or salon visits and lasts until your next shampoo.

Q: Do I use it after styling or before I use the curling iron and hairspray?

A: For the L'Oreal Root Cover Up Spray, you would apply it after you use a curling iron but before hairspray.

How to Use

Shake well. Hold can 4-6 inches from hair. Spray color onto new growth and partly through the length of the hair to blend in the color.
