We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We reinvented the hairdryer, and now it REALLY blows! The BlowTYME hairdryer is everything you want (and need) in a blow dryer: quiet, lightweight, powerful, and beautiful. The innovative combination of ionic and ceramic technology dries your hair from the inside out, leaving your hair silky and shiny with less damage. With two speed settings, three heat settings, and a cool shot, BlowTYME allows for a completely customizable blow-drying experience.

Unlike traditional blow dryer motors, BlowTYME uses a brushless motor for an eco-friendly, more efficient dry. Standard blow dryers use a brush motor that creates toxic iron particles that get into the air. BlowTYME’s brushless motor uses magnetic polarity, which eliminates these particles, minimizes wear and tear, is lighter, quieter, more energy-efficient and lasts 4x longer than competitors.

"I always struggled to find a blow dryer that had it all. They were always either lightweight and inefficient, or powerful, but heavy and noisy and none pretty enough that I would want to leave it on my counter. I wanted to create a blow dryer that combined everything we deserve and looked beautiful! During my research, I found that brush motors were not only dangerous but were the root of multiple issues with blow dryers on the market. When designing BlowTYME, I added a brushless motor. This allows for a lighter, quieter, healthier and more powerful blow-drying experience. I put my heart into every detail and included a concentrator and diffuser, making sure that this is the best blow dryer for any and everyone!"

How to Use

Starting at the root, blow-dry with the nozzle facing downward and move down through each section with a paddle brush or round brush for a more voluminous look.
